upper tribunal permission

Hi everyone I need some important advice.i Applied to get permission to upper tribunal on the 25-11-2014 and still waiting for decision.Now the situation is I will complete my 10 years September 2015.If I don't get permission what options do I have in order to keep my long term residency valid till September 2015 ?

Any advice will be highly appreciated. you guys are very helpful always and ever.

Hi Rem ,

If u wouldn't get permission , in this case u can apply for JR and stretch ur time till september 2015 easily

Yes i can..but i don't think it would be count to 10 years once i go for JR....please correct me if i am wrong. request for all experts please..thanks
