Tier 1 Entrepreneur Accelerated Route

Hi

I got the business visa with 50k route in may 2014 and my extension will be due in may 2017. I would like to go for accelerated route.

I as an Director of the company didn't withdraw any salary neither dividend so far, please would like to know what is the best option whether minimum salary or dividend.

please suggest.
