Appeal ASAP.

They have to prove that the documents were false.

Did they give an in-country right of appeal?

A problem is that the Tier 1 (General) extension route is closing in April.

Thanks Vinni, Yes they gave me option to appeal Incountry but I choose to Appeal from our country as they said I have to be in custody during period.

If I win the case I believe they have to give me option to go for ILR extend lost period??
fingers crossed? not sure how Incountry and out country appeal effect on decision.

thanks

Hi All,
Please help me with out country appeal procedure.

I was refused under 320(7A) I am sure I can prove my documents were not false documents.

Shall i go for paper hearing or oral hearing?

On What basis should i Appeal.
- that the decision is not in accordance with the Immigration rules.
- that the decision is unlawful because it racially discriminates against you.
-that the decision is unlawful because it is incompatiable with your rights under the European Convention on Human Rights
- That the decision is otherwise not in accordance with Law
- That the discretion under Immigration Rules should have been excercised differntly.
- that your removal from UK as result of the decision that would breach the united kingdom`s obligations under the 1951 Refugee convention or be incompatiable with your rights under the european convention on Human Rights.

Which one should i choose? please help.
Thanks
