You need 6 letters in joint names spread over 2 years or 6 letters to each (6 letters confirming your name address and 6 for your dependant)

If you have 4 on joint names then (2 letters each will be enough).

These should be spread over 2 years.

Yes ofcourse i forgot about the tenenacy agreement. I can definately get that.

So no I have 4 in joint names:

1. WATER JOINT(2yr)
2. COUNCIL TAX JOINT(2yr)
3. TV LICENSE MY PARTNER(2yr)
4. Tenancy Agreement.

and i will also use our NHS cards.

@ tier1o - What do you mean by 2 letter each? Do you mean 1 letter from each year?

Hello mates

Can anyone explain that co-hab documents need from 3 different sources and should be covering 2 years for each source means 1 source need letters for 2 years so it has become 6 letters for 2 years so 3 sources will be become 18 letters for each applicant total 36 letters over 2 years. So confusion.

I have these letters:

One Joint bank account (Halifax ) 4 statements each year so tatal 8 letters

Credit card ( Aqua)statements single names for both 6 letters each year so 12 letters for 2 years for both

Hospital letters mix covering more than 2 years

Polling cards and vote registered letters

Main applicant has 3 different credit card statement for last more than 2 years as well

Dependent has also individual bank account statements for 2 years nearly 8 statements.

We also can get GP letter too. I do not have tenancy agreement as we live in one double room sharing in a house with family friend but we pay rent but No written agreement . Does it affect on ILR application? we have been living in same address More than 4 years.

My ILR is due in May 2015 on Tier 1 General.

I will be very thankful if anyone responses.

Thanks
KASHIF

No.

You only need a total of 6 letters in total for the 2 year period. (for joint names, if not in joint names, then one for each name).

It must be from at least 3 different sources.

So one letter in Joint names (or one letter in each name) for every 4 months covering the 2 year period from 3 different sources.
