Hi Guys, how long does it takes when they said your file has been prepared for submission to the minister? Any signs of approval? Pls share experiences

There is no time frame... i aplied in june n still waitin n i see people got there invitation who applied in sep ..

one guy applied same day as me and got second stage letter also same day as me got his approval today and another friend applied in dec 2014 one month after me got his approval today also i m still waitin gesus dont know wats goin on

Myself and few other people are in the same situation.... unfortunately we have just to wait :-/

people waiting defo have issue in their cases no doubt guy got approval after 2 and half month applied december 14
so no hope guys just forget about it there is no chronical order its just who ever has a straight case no fines conviction getting straight away

I dont think it is true.... i dont have any conviction or never been one day illegal in this country.... sure I believe that in some case the agencies report quicker than others..... I know people that got the approval after one year ...... most of the comments here are guessing based in other cases.... the only true I believe is u will get your letter when they decide u have too....

2 1/2 months is record time... pure luck... what so many here seem to forget is that anything within 6 months is still within the norm. If you're waiting for more than 6 months there's a chance that they found something they believe to be an issue or it could simply be bad luck. I got my approval after just over 5 months, was a straight forward case as well (EU national with no convictions / social welfare whatever / all docs provided from the start - it can't get more straight forward then that) - it still took longer than the case with 2 1/2 months you mention. My point is - it's not just about how straightforward your case is.

Singh I will look into the letter and tell all what I can rember are freign documenst from foreign countries not even Irish documents

and where so many it tookes over two months to sort them out and costs fees.

And I wonder is it possible to still issue letters of approvals or have to wait until mid april

they issue letters till two weeks before ceremony still 40 days you all will get it gauranteed ceremony was anounced on monday and they still sending letters couplevof my mate got it yestarday so i think just wait its not the end of the world
