Hi guys

it hasn't been an year since i have started my company . i dont have any tax return . i am applying this month. can i still apply before filing tax return ?
what info will i need? will i just need draft accounts?

Yes you can apply, seniors please confirm.
You need Accountant letter for your earnings , if you are completely showing your income for ILR from your company , accountant letter should show your income source (dividends + salary(from company)/(or) from previous employment).
Ask your accountant to provide income statement (P&L) to submit along with earnings letter.
