ILR 5 Years Calculation

Hi

My first Tier1 general application was refused due the an error by the case worker in calculating my salary. But the appeal was successful and I was granted the visa.

19 January 2010 Application made for leave to remain in UK under Tier 1
06 February 2010 Post Study Work visa expired
26 February 2010 Application Refused
22 June 2010 Appeal Hearing
26 June 2010 Appeal Allowed
26 July 2010 Leave to remain in UK granted until 26 July 2013

My question is can I calculate my 5 years period from march 2010. As I want to apply for my ILR in march 2015.

Sorry forgot to mention Tier 1 visa extension expires on 11-July-2015.

I think your ILR qualifying period start from 26 July 2010. So you will be eligible to apply for ILR on or after 29 June 2015 As 28th was sunday. you can go on or after 29th July 2015
