US citizen married to EU nat, best way to immigrant to USA

I've been married to an EU national 4+ years, I'm a US citizen. We married in the US but have been living in the EU. We are looking to live in the States but not sure how to start the process. Also, I have a US job offer and we could have family sponsorship if need be. How long does it usually take and how do we begin?
