Tier2 to entrepreneur £200k

Hi All,

I am currently on tier 2 visa (feb 15-feb 18). I was on PSW before that then I applied for tier 1 ENT visa £50k which was refused & all appeals where dismissed too. So instead of applying for JR I applied for tier 2 within 28 days.

During my PSW term I was 50% shareholder in 2 dominos franchise & MD in both (till date). I have already resigned from my MD post but still own 50% shares in both. Still on company house I MD.

MY QUESTION ARE
1) Chances of getting tier 2 as applying within 3 months of tier2?
2) Do I have to resign or inform my employer about my tier 1 application.
3) can't I apply for tier 2 withou resigning as it would be a safe bet for me if application is refused I am still I tier 2.
4) my MD or share holder position hamper my chances as not allowed to do business on tier 2
5) should I apply on behalf of my previous company (can show expenses with last12 months out of £200k) or only new 1 ?

It would be great if any one could some light on these all solicitors are saying different stories.
