After almost 8 months, finally got my approval letter today. Wait is finish now Alhamdulillah. Thanks to every member here for their help n support and those who are waiting, they will get their letters soon for sure as I was the one who thought only lucky people getting their approvals but I finally got mine today. And yes I did receive 3/6 months letter last month. I'll move to ceremony n passport section now.

Received email just now from HO: "Thank you for your email about your application for naturalisation as a British citizen, which was received on 21 August 2014.We expect to make a decision on your application within the next 3 – 6 months, but we will write to you again if this is not going to be possible."
Waiting is continuing

I do not think you can apply now as you do not meet the 3years residence, read up the guardians form about meeting the requirement.

Well, If you dont know the rules then dont give wrong info plz. Spouse of british nationals dont need to wait for 12 months as long the residency criteria (which is 3 years for spouse of bc) is met. So in your case you can apply from 10/11/2015.[/quote]

Anytime after the 9-11-2015 will be ok to apply for naturalization. You have to first complete three year resident to be able to apply as a spouse of a British Subject.[/quote]

As per the acknowledgement letter, my decision was made in 7days! (letter is dated 10-03-2015 but I received the letter on 17-03, overall- 22 days including the weekends)

Looking at the timeline trends being posted here and my own experience, I'm quite sure yours will follow quite soon.
I'm away for the next 3 weeks, so will not be able check any posts coming in but will keep you and everyone informed when I'm back in mid April.

I was reading your comments day and night, but I decided to break my silent, I have been patiently waiting a decision from the Home office since 29 of September 2014 and here is my time scale:

Eligibility criteria: 5 year LLR + 1 year ILR
Language criteria met: Life in the Uk Test and B1 English Test

Council name if NCS used: I don't use any NCS I just sent by myself

Don't worry bro stop thinking about it, it will come itself when I had to come no point to burn your blood, you will get it soon hopefully within 2 to 3 weeks as I applied on 11 September 14
I phoned HO on this Friday on my sixth month completion he said you should receive letter next month an other gay who applied same dates as me also got an email as approved today lol

Hello, Guies, i am also the one among those who applied in January and still waiting for the result, meanwhile, many others have been approved in short time. i do not understand the HO criteria dealing with application. If the do CRB check on each application for example then CRB checking department must have a time scale to issue certificate then how some people are approved within one week or two weeks? It is required to do CRB check for each application anyway. Obviously there are a lot other more requirements to be fulfilled for approval that takes bit of time. So keep finger crossed and let hope for the positive outcomes. What can we do if there is a delay because the ball is not in our pocket.

They will send it to your UK address i assume, if you are in doubt am sure if you give them a call and explane why you are in germany they will be able to help you, or you can request your passport if you need to travel back as i did, and get someone to post it to you in germany.
