I'm away for the next 3 weeks, so will not be able check any posts coming in but will keep you and everyone informed when I'm back in mid April.
Hopefully I will have the brown envelope (that everyone refers to) waiting when I arrive back. Stay positive.

Five days is left for my six months annivarsary, and still I don't even have any response from the Home Office, for those of you who have applied from this year, you should not start moaning yet, just be patient.
They will send it to your UK address i assume, if you are in doubt am sure if you give them a call and explane why you are in germany they will be able to help you, or you can request your passport if you need to travel back as i did, and get someone to post it to you in germany.sircas wrote:Eligibility criteria: ILR and Exemption from Immigrational Control due being in HM Forces(Army)

PS: Please if anyone has any experience on applying from Overseas please get in touch!! The sad thing is that I am stuck in Germany and can't go to UK due to Home Office having my passport. There is also no mechanism for me to request a document back from overseas.
