Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa to ILR after 3 year Processing time

Please find my processing time for ILR after 3 year, after last successful Entrepreneur visa in december 2011.

Applied 3 december 2014 via post
received letter 6th december 2014
Biometrics done on 17th december 2014
ILR received on 20th March 2015

I done 5 Million turnover in 3 year time.

•12-Feb-2015: Applied online (Team), 200K, India
•13-Feb-2015: Submitted documents and biometrics
•25-Feb-2015: Received email saying that they need more time
•03-Mar-2015: Interviewed separately
•05-Mar-2105: Received docs and passport with visa stamped!

Congrats for you ILR !
Could you please share the list of documents you have beed summited for Employment creation.
Specially which documents exactly called EMPLOYEES PAYMENT RECORDS , is it P11 or any other documents ?

Can You please really share what sort of accountant did u used either IFA or Acca and please do mention about your job creation thanks regards

I submitted below document

Last 2 month bank statement
First 3 month statement when i transferred 200K.
2 year final account with certified accountant
All staff passport copy and P46
All Payslip
All P11
Loan aggrement between company and me.
Company formation certificate
VAT certificate
Corporation tax letter

I have similar question
I have 3 businesses 1 is making a profit other two are in a loss.

the fast track route: can you employee people from other European countries and what documents do you need from them.
Also if one employee works for 190 hours, second for 25 hours and another for 25 hours for one month would that be considered as two employment for one month?
