Irish passport card app

Hey

Anyone know if the Irish passport card app is available yet? The card is meant to be available in July but the press releases mention an app that can be used to take selfies for the card (and probably complete the application?); just wondering if it is out yet?

We are curious about the app. I'm in the UK so I'd like to know if the app is going to be available on the UK app store, or only the Irish one?

i think it would be available as well , it might be available to any Irish Embassy as well.
