Tier1 visa refused

Hi! Everyone
I m new in this forum bt a silent reader from longtime...I got my visa 50 k(psw route ) refused in Dec coz of lack of experience,market research ,etc. I' ve been awarded with all 95 pts..appealed against the decision...my hearing experience was nt very well.Judge did not ask me any question...bt HO rep grilled me with questions.all were abt the business...at last judge said I m no giving u decision today..ll see all the evidences and ur decision will be posted to u and ur solicitor.....I just want to know what will be the chances to win in this case...I m worried abt this...I have 2dependants with me...my 4yrs old son and my husband...my solicitors said 50% chances to win

I lost my case on the same grounds I.e genuine entrepreneur

My appeal is dismissed, got 14 days to lodge next appeal... So I m planning for that..don't have any other option..In the meanwhile planning for 2nd application as well.
