Getting ILE for my newborn child to be in UK

Post by itsshankar1986 » Tue Apr 14, 2015 9:33 am

Hi All,

Greetings!

I am in the UK (with ILR), my wife and my first son (with dependent visa valid until March 2016). We are blessed with a newborn boy who is in India (with wife and first son).
My query is,

1. Can I bring my wife and first son with the existing dependent visa?
2. How do I apply for ILE, can my wife apply from India or can I apply from here in the UK.
3. If she applies from India, do I need to send any documents to India from embassy.

Thanks in advance.

On what basis did you get ILR?

What dependent visa do your dependents have?

If your wife and first born son currently have Tier 2 ICT visas, then the newborn should get the same and leave will be granted in line with mothers visa.

Your son will be given a visa in line with his mothers Tier 2 dependent visa.
