how can i get stamp 4 after being illegal and having stamp 2

Hi everyone , i hopw someone can help me.
i have been living in ireland since sept 2005. i was illegal from 2005 till april 2009 when i made a a student visa. this year sept 2015 wil be 10 years living in ireland. i would like to permanantly stay in ireland. does anybody know how if the is a process that i can take to apply for stamp 4. btw i am originaly from south africa,will that affect my application. i will also welcome information of reputable immigration lawyers who can assist me.

So you have stamp 2 for the last 6 years and curretly have stamp 2 permission? If so, when does this run out?
Do you have any Irish or EU family members?
What are you studying in college?

yes i have a stamp 2 and it is expiring in Sept 2015. i am doing a business management and accounting degree,i am in my second year. i will be starting 3rd and final year in Sept 2015. I don't have an Irish or EU family member. I am 32 years old.

If you are starting your final year in September, you will get a Stamp 2 until September 2016. After you finish studying, you will have from May until this expiry to find an employer that is willing to sponsor you. This is possible.
