Register Company in UK before you apply for visa outside UK

Hello everyone,

can i register company in UK before you apply for visa from outside UK?
can that be helpful in the initial application documentation and genuine entrepreneur test?
That way i can show the Home office that i have registered a company.

Thoughts are welcome.

anyone can register a company, it is done on the internet with companies house and costs £13 or smth like that

the problem is, what would indeed be helpful to your application would be if you manage to open an account here for that company and transfer your money to it.

but good luck nowadays becoming a signatory on a uk business bank account with a visitor visa, it is practically not possible anymore

So if i register a company and Open a Non UK resident bank account for that company, transfer funds into the bank account, would this help my immigration case, will it make the case more strong?

Yes very difficult to open business bank account for people not based and living in UK.
I had hard time not too long ago for overseas joint business.
Banks want to do background check on all shareholders and where they live.
