Immigration Tribunal Help / Decision

Post by immigrant3 » Sat Apr 18, 2015 10:55 pm

I made an application for my kid to get stay under the 7 year continuous residency. It was rejected and an appeal was granted.
Basically we turned up to Taylor house, met our barrister.

Went in as directed, immigration judge came and said home office is not attending. Case will be decided by Judge and home office can appeal, if they want at a later stage. Because of non representation by the home office. I was asked some questions by my own barrister and I answered them.

No further questions was asked neither by the Judge or any other member there.

Court ended shortly after 20 mins.

Judge said, they'll reply with decision within 4 weeks.

Well my dilemma is , i am very concerned over this as to what it could have happened in there and why the home office did not attend.

Any ideas from experts and Guru's
