Hi all

Please let me know if any member has applied to court of appeal for tier 1 Entrepreneur.what are the chances to apply court of appeal after Upper Tribunal refusal?
Did any one get visa from Upper Tribunal or Court of appeal and how much time these courts are taking in making decisions? And last if there is oral hearing or paper base hearing in these courts?

It was refused on paper in December now it's been renewed to oral hearing June this year
