No council tax or any bills as I live with my parents.

By marriage registration certificate do you mean the marriage certificate? Cos I have that.
I have included convos and such. Everything I have, I have included. I've not deliberately left anything out. It was an arranged marriage so just have pics after the engagement and convos dating from when we first started talking.

With the housing, it's a company house so would I still need a letter from them?
I mean the computerised certificate, if you have that, then good.
Yes, applications have been known to get refused where the home owners permission has not been included in writing.

It may or may not have been checked yet, it's hard to say. But if you escalate your enquiry, you might get a more positive response. Saying that, it's only almost been a month yet. Most people wait at least 2 months before asking for updates.

Did you apply yourself or hired a solicitor?

Hey,
I applied myself had a friend who helped out. My brother has applied about 1 n half year ago so he knew a lot about it.
How do you escalate your response is it by using the same online form on gov website.
I hope I get a response soon

im one of the very old member of this forum n still strugling for the visa to issue its so mush heart broken feeling.
my humble request to all of u bro & sister to remembr me in ur dua and guide for the new application.

first applied feb 2014 got refused in oct 2014 with the readon of 2nd part time job salary worth of 80£a week was not reflecting in bank stsmnts (bcos it was cash in hand)

after refusal we had to wait 6month to put money in bank n apply again so in mean time we use right of appeal n submited appeal wth current money showing tax papers employer letter n so on
during the appeal review period the we lost first job and had only part time job (that was not fulfilling requirment of 18600 definatly),so applied n got new full time job worth of 19000£ in feb2015
on the other hand on appeal rwview was unsuccessful n got hearing date of march. when march came appeal got adjourned n got another date of april
hearing took 15 mins with general questions only then after a week got reply APPEAL DISMISS bcos the new job tht waa fulfilling requirment of 18600 but ww had juat 2 month slipa aa it waa new.
so now im here again ti start everything from scretch.. in a couple of month our 6 month will be completed n we will then apply so i must need guides regarding new rules, app form etc etc
maybe i will ask many queations or help pls dont mind.. need help
sad stroy of a sad life pls make dua.

How many years you been married?

Did you apply yourself or did you hire a solicitor?

Why was your thread removed from the other forum.. I was reading it then it was gone.

Hi Guys,

I asked for a status update on my wife application on 19-04-2015 and received a reply that her application has been processed a decision was made and it should be with her in the next few days.

I am very anxious as she has not received any email or sms yet. When likely will she get an email or text from Gerry's to collect her passport? Is there a contact number for Gerrys Lahore to check if they received her docs from BHC?

Thanks.

Here is the timeline:

Type: Settlement
Application and Biometrics at Lahore: 30 Jan 2015
Received at BHC-ISB: 3 Feb 2015
First update: 4-03-2015: waiting to be assessed by ECO
Second update: 16-03-2015: waiting to be assessed by ECO
Third update: 29-03-2015: Requested to escalate the case but got a reply that its still in time scale and waiting to be assessed by ECO

If you've lost it, then just include the passport number or just add a note saying you've lost it.

Did you hire a solicitor for all your applications?

Why were you refused each time?

Did you submit original statements and wage slips? If copies were they stamped and or have a covering letter?

The home evaluation, did you let the firm know you need for immigration purposes? Sounds like you got it done from an estate agent. They do do them, just need to make sure it's the right type.

Keep us updated on the outcome!
