Job Creation - Total Hours

Hi all,

I got Tier1 Entrepreneur visa route 200k (initial) on January 2015. As mentioned in guidance:

“..established a new business or businesses that has or have created the equivalent of at least two new full-time jobs for persons settled in the UK”

together with

“the jobs must have existed for at least 12 months of the period for which the previous leave was granted.”

Now the problem is, do these jobs must exist for whole three years (I mean, 30hours/week * 52 weeks * 2 persons * 3 years = 1560 * 2 * 3 ), OR, at least 12 months each, in three years totally (30 hours * 52 weeks * 2 persons = 2 * 1560). My question is, how many hours are needed totally in order to apply for an extension.

As I couldn’t conclude a clear answer to my question in the forum, any help would be appreciated.
