Open UK Bank account and move funds 200K

HI guys,

i am planning to apply T1 Entrepreneur 200K outside UK from Pakistan.
I am thinking to open a UK bank account (barclays) as Non UK Resident and move my funds to UK bank account.
I need thoughts from all of you about this.
will this be safe? will Home office be satisfies to see all the funds are in UK?
anyone have done this before?
Any problems in moving this much money to UK?
or i am much better to use my local bank account (NIB Bank)?

Use hsbc bank they have premier banking - global banking, very easy and very safe for big transfers.
you can transfer to uk and back to you and can open account anywhere in world with hsbc
