NARIC needed if my bachelor got 10 pts in calculator?

NARIC needed if my bachelor got 10 pts in calculator?

Hi all,
I am applying Tier 2 general from Hong Kong.
I have a bachelor awarded in Hong Kong. I found my bachelor in the points based calculator and my bachelor scores 10 points for English skills.
In this case, do I still need to apply from NARIC?

you not required Naric certificate becoz you have proper 10 points
