Students Visa

I have been studying in the UK and completed my MBA (General) in 2010, came back to India, applied for Post Study Work Visa but did not use the visa and stayed back in India cause my dad passed away and my mother was alone. I regret for my decision and I want to go back to the UK and settle down there. Can someone please help me how to start again.

There is no visa to come and "settle down" in the UK, unless you are joining a family member.
