Tier 1 Gradate Entrepreneur!! Expert opinion needed please.

Hi,

I am planning to switch from Tier 1 Gradate Entrepreneur (endorsed by my university) to Tier 1 Entrepreneur. I do have my own £50000 but one question.

Does the border agency expects us to extend our Tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa for the second year or can I just switch my current graduate entrepreneur visa after the first year? I do not want to use higher education sponsor again and would like to go straight into Tier 1 entrepreneur visa.

You can switch into tier 1 entrepreneur whenever you meet the rules. You don't need to extend your graduate entrepreneur visa first.
