Fee Refund

So after the UKBA took all their sweet time (keeping me hanging for almost 2 years) before I finally had my documents returned and my BRP, I am still awaiting 5+ months now to see any piece of the money that was awarded as a 100% fee refund in my favour by the judge.
Anyone here could successfully get back their allowed appeal fee refund? Any tips on how to chase this up?
