URGENT! - Resident Labour Market Test - Tier 2 general

My employer has conducted RLMT and applied a restricted COS. The advert has been placed more than 28 days ago. However, the advert is till active in Job center plus and Job serve site.

So will this cause a problem when UKVI reviews restricted COS application?

Please advise. Please advise. Urgent Urgent.

not if the closing date for applications was stated in the advert.

But closing date isn't mentioned in the job description and it is not visible on job posting either. So could this be a problem? :cry:
