Switching from tier 2 general to tier 2 general and RLMT

Hi all

I applied last year tier 2 from post study work(Psw) inside uk and visa was granted.
Last month my company was revoked.

My question is....
Do I still need RLMT to switch my sponsor either I am exempted from RLMT because of uk degree

Please help me regarding this question, I am very confused because my new sponsor u do not RLMT.

I think the RLMT needs to be completed. You were exempt before since you were switching from PSW, but now, since you intend to switch from T2 then a RLMT is needed.

Tier 2 to Tier 2 switch will need RLMT to be done unless the new job is under shortage occupation list.
