1 year interactive course - undergraduate course

My wife is tier 2 ict dependent since 4.5 years
she has done her 2 years of BA and discontinued at the end of year 2 in india.
now she want to do BSC honors business managment from UK UNIVERSITY WOLVERHAMPTON for 1 year course

i have checked in points caluclator, leads the songs insomeconfusion.

1. is it eligible for tier 2 general visa with the above undergraduate course
2. is it eligbile for Post graduate course once she complete dependent visa
3.currently my ict visa expires in feb 2015, the plan is i switch to tier 2 general from june till May 2016,
after may my wife can appear.
if i dont get jab by may 2016, i will will move onto tier 2 dependent for my wife t2 dependent visa which will likely to happen in may 2nd week 2015.

please suggest me option

If she is not clear about the level of course, or the status of the qualification, she needs to ask the university.
