Can I reapply for visa in the same company ?

Me and my friend applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas, unfortunately got refusal and court overturn the refusal.I have left UK (voluntary departure) during the time of reconsidering the application. In last week my business partner received the visa. I am still holding half of the company share.

Is there any option for me to apply for the visa ?

Please help me, I don't know what to do in this situation :(
