UK tier 2 general shortage occupation visa status

Hi All,

I have applied tier 2 shortage occupation visa at mumbai,india vfs center by 06.05.2015 but still visa not came.

Please could you help anyone me clear on this that normally what time(working days) it will take to comes to me.

I have submitted all proper require documents with visa application.

Please advise

You normally get an update in 2 weeks but some time it takes longer so if you want to know the update, you can call to UKVI help line at 0008 00100 8785. Please note that the call charge for this service is £1.37 per minute. Approx 135 INR.

I called them on my uk visa status on number 0008001008785 and they told me that "my visa application on hold and they are doing additional enquery on this and it is complexit"y.

What do you mean of this sentence

I have given all proper documents with my visa application , i think from my side they should not need any thing then why they mentioned Complexity
