error on submitted application

Please could some one help..
There is an issue on a submitted family permit application form..
How do I correct it?
Should i just manually correct the printed completed form and bring it to their notice when i attend the interview with clearance officer or contact them about it..
Better still just fill another application?

Advise please as the appointment has been booked.

Is it an EU1 form?

If it is a family permit to visit the UK (Ireland does not issue documents called family permits), you'd better post on one of the UK forums.

Otherwise as Leinsterimmig mentioned could you clarify what kind of application you are referring to?

Yeah my mistake..
It's not an Eu1 form.

It is the uk one submitted under eea family permit.
On ukvi .
