Visa Expired and want to apply new visa please help !!!!

Im from Thailand
Now im finished for MBA program in Uk university and just waiting for result

and I would like to apply for another Msc course which start date in 28 July 2015

but the problem is my visa expire on 27 June 2015 ,,which i know that the gap is more than 28 days

but i count it .. it just only few days more than 28 days

Is it possible that they gonna flexible for my case ? i don't want to go back to my country for few days and apply new visa and come back again

because for ticket flight would be around 800-900 pounds for return..

there should not be more than 28 days gap between your course start date and your visa expiry Date. They will refuse your application even if it is one day more than 28 days. To be safe you can talk to your uni or college to make your course start date earlier. Sometimes they can help you In doing so. So best think is to talk to uni directly or find other uni that is applicable to your date.
