Topic Locked and cannot figure out how to contact administra

Hi there

I posted a question on the Europe Immigrations section.

But the thread seems to be locked.

I was hoping to contact the administrator to understand why the thread was locked and to ask what I should do to unlock the thread, but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the administrator.

Could you please guide me with the steps to contact an administrator or moderator?

One of your topics is locked as it is a duplicate post, unlikely it will be unlocked given that you have another thread that you have already had responses to.

Why would you need to start a new thread? Also you aren't able to delete your own threads.

i have posted a new topic I want to delete it can some administrator help me to delete it as I can't fine edit or delete option.
