Applying for US tourist visa from UK

Hi All,

Currently I am in UK on Tier 2 ICT Long term visa, valid till Nov 2015. I am planning to visit US in Jul/Aug
I would like to visit the US, for tourism and would like to apply a tourist visa from US embassy in UK.

Does my UK visa validity would come in picture? If so is there any period for which it should be valid?

You are creating an issue where there isn't one. As long as you have a visa that has been valid for more than 6 months, you considered resident in the UK - therefore you can apply for visas from here for elsewhere!!!
