Zero Hour Contracts can they be used for treaty rights?

I am wondering if a zero hour contract can be used to exercise treaty rights, i have full time job we got my wife temp card and waiting for the full card however i dont enjoy my job much and got offered a new job but its zero hours only would immigration accept zero hour job?

Zero hours contract, have no bearing on exercisig treaty rights.

Treaty rights (as employed) are exercised if you are doing actual work and getting paid for it.
