Letter of Refusal when reapplying.

Hi All,

Does the letter for refusal need to be submitted when reapplying for the same visa?

You have to state in the new application that you had a refusal and give details. The HO have records, no need to submit the refusal letter - just make sure that the reasons for the refusal have been addressed in the new application.

no, assuming you are applying for T2 leave to remain you have to provide the information at E9/E10 of the application form if you are using the premium service, otherwise the online application should have the same item
