ILR Eligibility..CR001, Vinny pls Guide

Dears
I have a friend whose Tier 1 (G) visa issued on 28 July 2010, got entered UK on 27 August 2010 then extended upto 12 September 2015. I have booked appoint for him on 30 June 2015 thinking he is eligible for ILR on that date.
Now he has made me confused regarding 28 days rule. He says when you book on 30th June then it is few hours more than 28 days and guidance says no more than 28 days before qualifying period you can apply for ILR. When I used the days counter online it gives me 30 June 2015.

Can anyone of you please confirm me 30 June 15 would be a problem or not?

It should be fine. If you are concerned, you can reschedule the appointment at no extra charge for the first week of July.

Thanks a lot dear for your response. It means 30th June would not be an issue at all.
Technically can we say he is even eligible on 29th June 2015 (27 Jul 15-28 days) in this way as he is completing 5 yrs (28 Jul 10 to 27 Jul 15) on 27 July 15?
