I had 2 points for speeding in 2008. Should I mention in form.

Yes. Non disclosure and them finding out is a lot worse than disclosure.

Did you mention in application form ?

Yes. I'm in the North and so had a PSNI report generated, as we knew it would be needed anyhow.

Obfuscation is to be avoided in such situations.
