Applying for citizenship with PR card

Hello,

I am an EU citizen but have also obtained the permanent residency card here in the UK. I would like to apply for the citizenship soon (after 12 month of its issue date)

My question is, would I need to prove the previous 5 years again and send supporting documents, or just the extra 12 month afterwards?


Any help with this greatly appreciated!
