Thanks safatafa, But How will we come to know what to put for sous chef because codes of practice for 5434 shows 2 salary (15300, 29570).

and what happens if we gave a wrong figure in Rate of pay for this SOC code ?

When I asked Ukba they told me to ask employer and my employer has no idea about this.

Currently i have my salary details for rest of the columns and just left this.

My salary is 30000£ for 39 hours

Thanks

use the closest job title you qualify for either, dont worry about it.
you employer needs to state this in his employment letter , are you specialized in any cuisine?

its your employer who needs to decide not you. ask you employer to check the criteria for shortage skill chef.btw what did you use for your extension?

During my Extension I was chef de partie earning 18300 soc code 5434. The salary is mentioned in my home office documents as well.

My extension was done by company and I have no clue what they have mentioned .

After the extension I got promoted to sous chef with salary 24500 and six months back my salary was increased from 24500 to 30000

I asked my company to do ILR but they only do Tier 2 and extension . hence everything I have to do my own

Thanks,
chefi
