ILR - Few months short!

Post by nihlsa » Tue May 26, 2015 2:30 pm

Hi all. I have these dates for someone wanting to apply for ILR but they fall short by 7 months for applying for ILR.

1. June 2006 – October 2007
2. October 2007 – April 2009
3. March 2009 – December 2010
4. September 2010 – April 2012
5. April 2012 – September 2012 – had an appeal for extension
6. September 2012 – November 2015

Doing a FLR FP i think would be risky as there is a chance of refusal. He does want to study further so would it be recommended to extend his Tier 4 or do the FLR FP?

If he can get tier 4 visa than go for it.

Flr fp should be his last choice
