Set(O) for your spouse provided she meets all the standard requirements.

Was your son born in the UK? If yes, then form MN1

Then MN1 under section 1(3) of the nationality act which is an entitlement to Register as British.

Use the NCS for son.

What was the basis of your ILR?

I m going to apply her dependent ilr
What exactly are you applying for? ILR or Tier 1 dep extension?

The above quote you mentioned implies that you are applying on FLR(M), which will reset her qualifying clock to zero for ILR and she will have to wait another 5 years.

Ok, then for clarity, it is just 'ILR' and not 'ILR Dependent' which is a spouse visa.

Set (O) then for spouse and as suggested by Vinny, use NCS for your child's MN1.

You can apply at any NCS, it does not have to be in the council you live in.

You can apply for you son at any point as he is entitled to register as British under section 1(3). Obviously traveling is a problem if he does not have a visa to re-enter or if he does not have a British passport, but since your spouse's application will be postal, I suppose not much chance of traveling till the outcome.
