Assalamuallikum,

Can confirm that wife got e-mail saying it has been processed.

Biometric was taken on 19th March.

For you people who are waiting, it seems like they getting through March fairly quickly.

Make dua it is good news inshAllah

Wsalamuallaikum.

Dw in Shaa Allah you will hear soon...
It depends which VFC you submitted at ...
There is approx difference of few days between isb and mirpur aapplications for example
Also sometimes there can be delays receiving back checks from HMRC and employers like I always say.
I will keep you in my duas

i sent a email for my application update, and got a reply saying "it has not yet been assessed by an ECO".
thought it would have been looked at by now. any ideas how long more it could take?
my case was straight forward, i was showing 2 jobs, saving in my account for over a year, and my husband has been here in the uk before twice on visit visas. just dont know why they have still not opened my case, it our 9th week going now.

we did the online form on the 21 march and
biometrics in mirpur on the 25th march.
we even paid the premium charges and they said it would only take 20-25 days. (knew that would not happen straight away)

Is it settlement visa ?? If so there is not fast tracks and it takes upto 12 weeks.

25th March Biometrics which means you should be hearing roughly in the next week looking at current statistics
In Shaa Allah Don't worry
Still time

Yes a tb certificate is valid for 6 months
It just needs to be valid at time of application.
When visa is granted in Shaa Allah it's sufficient to make entry into uk even if it's expired.
Though the expired certificate still needs to be presented at time of entry if requested by clearance officer

Hello guys, I applied for wife's visa (biometric 12th March in Mirpur), should I be hearing soon? Getting a little nervous, lol

Got an email on 18th may saying "'Pre assessment completed - Under process for further enquiries – checks."

It's going to be 11 weeks exactly since biometric tomorrow.

And congrats to everyone who's been granted their visas, very good news. And remember me in ur duas

:) :)

Don't worry you shall be hearing soon
What normally happens is that they still are waiting for confirmation such as HMRC, employment checks etc.
Hopefully you shall be hearing something in the coming week.

Shall be keeping you in my duas tonight

You can drop them an email again next week when it's near 12 weeks to ask for an update if you haven't herd anything back.

They will send you an email first when the processing is complete and is sent back to the VAC on your case mirpur.
Then you will get a call and text from mirpur VFC to advise you to come and collect documents.

Sometimes the documents are back next day or day after dependent.

When did you submit Biometrics??
That is strange I'm sure you submitted end of Feb? ? Your timeline says same also ..
I would keep emailing them as sometimes the lazy hgs just send out a standard email just to meet their "reply within one day timescale"... I'm sure back in April you posted saying delayed for further checks?? Even if that was the case would've expected them to say further checks again still.
Did they not say at the time we will not meet 12 weeks??
Just keep faith in Shaa Allah.

When you do email them point out when you submitted and how many weeks have passed already.
If to no avail then you probably best giving them a call

Assalamuallaikum Warahamtullah,

All thanks and Praise is due to Allah, Lord of the world, and master of the Last day.

She said she has been given a 33 month visa - stamped - Alhamdulilah in all situations.

Please Make dua that everything goes well from now - and I make dua that Allah gives you all swift and positive replies.Ameen

Online application - 8th March,
Biometric - 19th March
Visa has been processed e-mail - 27-5-2015
