Switching From Tier 2 General To Dependent of Tier 2 General

Hi

I have searched the forum but couldn't find any proper topic to help me. I am switching from Tier 2 general to dependent of my tier 2 general (wife ) visa. I am applying from inside the UK and online application. I need to know what documents do i need to submit. I have completed the online application but i had a doubt that the details to be entered in online application is way low than the postal application.

Could anyone show some light on this.

Do the Business Development Manager(Soc: 3545) role comes under Non-shortage occupations or Shortage occupations?

I'm confused. Please help me which one is applicable for me? I need to pay the fee.

Non-shortage occupations Shortage occupations
