Can two entrepreneur teams join funds together 200K + 200K ?

Hi.

I need some advise on following:

We are four friends A , B , C, D and applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa as a team in following manner .
A & B = Ist Entrepreneur team 200K (Team No 1) (Already got the VISA in APR and formed the company in UK and money is already transferred in company account through director's loans).

C & D = 2nd Entrepreneur Team 200K. (Team No 2) (will apply next month)

Can we all work together (Team No 1 + Team no 2) by investing 400K in the same newly formed company (mentioned above) and create Jobs as per requirement of two teams OR we must form two different companies and do business separately.

The Entrepreneur team No 2 will be investing in existing UK business.
Technically it is allowed, however in your case you will need to have explanations why it makes commercial sense that you invest in the business of your friends (apart from the fact that these are your friends).
You will need to ensure that you will pass the "genuine entrepreneur" test, that you both have necessary background and experience to run this type of business. And you will need to explain what are the arrangements for your investment and what you will spend the money for.
If all explanations make sense I don't see why it wouldn't work.
