Dear all
this question may have been asked before but now i am asking on the behalf of friend who i married to eu citizen and currently holder of eu fam 4 card issued under the eu directive
my questions are as follows
1.Can he bring his parents (in laws of eu citizen ) in the state as they are member of eu citizen household.
2.can he also apply the visa for his younger siblings who are residing outside Eu.
3.what sort of document do we need?
4. Where should we apply? I.e relevent embassy or eu treaty rights section.
5.Is it better to bring them here on tourist visas and then apply for residence cards.??
Waiting for your opinions
thanks
