how long can tier 1 general dependant stay out of country

I have question. Me and my wife are due for our ILR in August 2015. I just wanted to know the rules on dependant application. How long can a dependant stay out of this country.

In last 5 years My wife has stayed 5 months out of country in one year and following year she stayed 3.5 months out of country. But last 12 months she has not been to her country at all.

can she apply for ILR or she will have to apply for her extention.

Thank you very much for this response. is she ok to apply for ILR because this rule does not apply on dependants or because she has not gone over her limit of number days to stay out of country.

Because my wife in total has spent more than 450 days out of country in total 5 years but in last 12 months she hasnt been to her country at all.
