I have question regarding Set(O) form, I have attended my IELTS test on 22 Nov 2014 and got result on 04 Dec 2014, with overall band 7. I have attended test at the University of Westminster (GB507).
I have to submit the application somewhere in July under Tier 1 (General) but I do not know what to do about this English Test.
Section 4 Question 4.6 says:
4.6: When did you sit your English language test?
> On or after 6 April 2015 go to question 4.7.
> Before 6 April 2015 - go to question 4.8.
When I read question 4.8. there is no IELTS to tick. Although question is more about "awarding body" not about test type.
4.8. Please provide details of your English language test (sat before 6 April 2015):
Awarding body:
- Cambridge English [ ]
City & Guilds [ ]
Pearson [ ]
Trinity College London [ ]
Level of qualification [ ]
Date of award [ ]
Award reference number. [ ]
Although IELTS diploma has Cambridge English, British Council and IDP (IELTS Australia) stamps, I am not sure does that applies, should I tick first box or ?
Also "Test Report Form Number" from IELTS certificate does not fit into the "Award reference number" box so not sure what to put there either ?
Please can anyone help me, has anyone had the similar situation? I am not sure should I apply for another test or can I use this one as it is still "valid" (although I do not know for what) for next year and the half.
