Upper Tribunal hearing

Hi all the members

Our permission to appeal to Upper Tribunal has been granted today as First Tier Tribunal has made error of law.
Please advise and share your experience if anyone been in the same situation.Please advise on follows,
a. How long Upper Tribunal is taking to make any decision at the moment?
b.will upper tribunal do decisions on documents basis or will we have an oral hearing?
c. in worst case senerio will all our appeal rights will exhaust or there will be any opportunity to go higher court like court of appeal?
Please senior members advise on above and oblige

i got permission to appeal on 29th april 2015,i m still waiting for hearing date,if u get permission to appeal,there would be oral hearing,u wil get letter from court for hearing date and place

Hey there aiza,

We got permission from ut to ut on May 20th and waiting 4 hearing date too.

Please share info when u get hearing date.

Does anyone know how long UT will take to sent hearing date?

Any more comments or suggestions.Please advise do we need to send bundle again and when to send this bundle?

Hi Inovation200, I applied for JR in October 2014, decission was made on paper in June 2015, Leave to remain was refused, (so that was 8 months waiting ) After refusal a request for reconsideration was agreed and a week later date was give for ral hearkng for six wèks.

Will get hearing date soon as will take only 6-10 weeks . UT is almost same like FT . Even the atmosphere and the way they ask questions and all the same as FT . So don't worry stay cool

I didn't receive anything from court yet. No idea how long UT takes these days.

Will share if I got anything from ut.

Please can any one help,I appealed against first tier decision through first tier immigration tribunal to upper tribunal, is now two months.I appealed on the 25th of September 2015 and acknowledgement letter was received from the court on the 28th of September 2015 and since then have not heard anything from the court.
Please did any one know how they operate,Thanks.
