ur appeal is wasting time nd im wondering how come u appe it . Dont wast ur timr nd just start think of ror

make a fresh ror nd use an assist as soon as possible before uts too late .
I sent my ror on feb nd i used good assist .
Ror application in not straightforward nd its morw important than pr nd harder so u must make strong application nd strong assist nd dnt do tht in ir own

Thanks obi and maxim for replay the refuse said that I didn't complete 5 years and I didn't provide much avdance about my ex wife work and they said that they check about her job and they think that she's not working and this not truth they cancel my 5 years visa so i don't know what I have to do now I must appeal to give me my 5 years back the appeal will cost me a lot of money so please I'm asking I can send a new eea2 application don't know what to do

How do I know that my recidence was revoked that they send me latter that my recidence was revoked so I don't know we're to go from now do I appeal to give me my recidence back or I can made another eea2 application?

If the revocation is flawed , then you must be prepared to appeal and seek reconsideration . If u have evidence that your wife is in employment.

Any evidence she produces once you cease from being a family member, will be of no help.

Any evidence provided after marriage has ended will be irrelevant.

Evidence has to cover the period leading to the termination of the marriage.

Just give it another 15 working days. HO is taking at least 6 weeks to give COA lately after biometrics were introduced.

Seems to me as if you're panicking and spamming the HO with different applications and appeals .

Challenge the revocation
And for the new ROR send them everything leading upto your divorce showing that your wife remained a qualified person throughout .

Just out of curiosity , Why did you apply for PR (EEA4) . Were you given wrong advise ?

Your case is too complex for them... If you wrote a cover letter similar to what you have written here, i believe they are trying to really understand your case. Or they might be doing a lot of checks to confirm your relationship was genuine, or they checking you, or checking your wife, or is under the pile of thousands of applications

Please be clear and post here what you provided to them.

Thanks road I provide them with all my payslips p60 and contracts up till divorce and after divorce with all my wife payslips and latter confirme that she's working till up my divorce and after divorce because as u see I send after divorce eea4 appliction after I wait for 7 month been refused I send them another application ee2 retantion right to return almost 3 month now heard nothing and didn't recive COA I did my finger print before 7 weeks and I send them questnire about my relationship and tenancy agreement for one year and land lord cover latter confirming that we been living together ? What do u think please

Only the HO caseworker will know the state of play for your application.
If you can't persuade them (via the helpline or in writing) to give you an update then all there is to do is wait on the final response.

Halo I need in advice please obai broth how are u man please if u can help me with your advice I know it's been long time u remember I got my permanent on 24/11/2015 and I passed life uk test and B1 I came in uk in 2009 as student married to my ex wife in March 2011 got permanent 24/11/2015 so please can I apply for British citizen now or I need to wait till 24/11/2016 I did start work in 2011 when I get married so as I came in 2009 as student is that will be count what your advice please some they tell me u can now some said no u need to wait till 24/11/2016 what your advice please thanks
